BOX: Terms of sale
=====================================================
Version 2026-10-07
The short version (the full terms below control)
- This page covers anything you buy directly from Your Biz Bestie, which is The Kreative Kapitol, Inc. doing business as Your Biz Bestie.
- Everything we sell is a digital product, such as a planner, a web tool or access to a web app. Nothing ships. You get access by email, generally within minutes.
- You pay once. There is no subscription and nothing renews, unless a page clearly says otherwise before you pay.
- All sales are final once delivered, with two narrow exceptions: a duplicate or mistaken charge, or a delivery that never arrived after you checked spam and contacted us. Details are in our Returns and Refunds policy.
- We sell to customers in the United States only.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
1. Who this is with
These Terms of Sale are between you and The Kreative Kapitol, Inc., doing business as Your Biz Bestie ("we," "us," "our"). They apply to anything you buy directly from us at yourbizbestie.net, yoursellingstudio.com, or any checkout page we run ourselves, and to your use of what you bought.
2. Agreement and who may buy
By completing a purchase (clicking the buy button, checking any required box, and paying) you agree to these Terms of Sale and our Returns and Refunds policy. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract with us. If you buy for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it, and "you" means both you and that business.
United States only. We sell to customers in the United States only. Please do not buy from us from outside the United States. If an order comes from outside the United States, we may cancel it and refund it in full. By buying, you also confirm that you are not located in a country or territory under comprehensive United States sanctions, and that you are not on any United States list of prohibited or restricted parties.
3. What you are buying
Each product's page tells you what you get and what it costs when you buy. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout at the moment you pay, including any sale price, discount code or bundled offer in effect then. A founding or launch price applies only to the purchase it was charged on and does not carry over to a later purchase.
Access means access for as long as we operate that product. It does not mean your lifetime, and it is not a promise that a product will exist forever. If we ever permanently shut a product down, we will email you at least 60 days before and, where we can, give you a way to keep your own work.
We may update, improve or remove features of a product over time, for example to fix problems, keep it secure, follow the law, or keep up with the services it depends on. We do not promise any particular feature will always be included. A new feature may be sold separately.
A feature marked beta, preview or early access is offered for testing and feedback. It may contain errors, may be unavailable, and may change or end at any time. We do not promise any result from it.
If you use an AI assistant with one of our products, what that assistant reads is handled under that assistant's own terms and privacy policy. AI can be wrong. Review anything it produces before you use or publish it.
If you buy Your Selling Studio and use it to sell your own products, you also agree to the separate Seller Terms the first time you sign in. That is an additional agreement that covers you as a seller.
4. Price, payment and taxes
One-time payment. Prices are in US dollars. What we sell is a one-time payment. It is not a subscription, and nothing renews or charges you again unless you separately agree to something that says so. We may change prices going forward, and a change never affects a purchase you already completed.
Payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. By paying, you authorize the charge and confirm that the payment details you gave are yours to use. If a payment fails, if we suspect fraud, or if you reverse or dispute a charge for a purchase that was delivered, we may close or suspend the access that purchase gave you.
Taxes. Where the law requires us to collect sales tax, we calculate and charge it at checkout. Unless a page says otherwise, a price does not include taxes you may owe, and you are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase or to your use of what you bought.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are covered in full by our separate Returns and Refunds policy, which is part of these Terms of Sale. In short: everything we sell is a digital product delivered when you pay, so all sales are final once delivered, with two narrow exceptions (a duplicate or mistaken charge, or a delivery that never arrived). We also give a refund when the law requires one.
6. Delivery, your login and access
Access is delivered to the email address you give at checkout, generally within a few minutes of payment. Most of our products use a sign-in link we send to that email, with no password.
You are responsible for giving us an email address that works and that you check, for keeping it current, and for watching your spam or promotions folder if an email does not appear in your inbox. Keep your receipt email. It has the link back to your order.
You are responsible for everything done with your login. Do not share it. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone used it without your permission. We may limit access until we can confirm your email address, and we may suspend a login we believe has been compromised.
7. Your license and the rules
What you buy is licensed to you for your own use. It is not sold to you outright. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use what you bought, under these terms. Unless a product's own page says otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, rent, sublicense or share what you bought, share your login, or repackage it as your own product or template for others.
Whatever you do with our products, you agree that your use will:
- follow these terms and all laws that apply to you;
- not be for any unlawful purpose or to publish illegal content;
- not infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- not overload or interfere with our systems or anyone else's, or attack or disrupt any service or network;
- not be used to send spam or bulk unsolicited messages;
- not be used to create, spread or enable malware or other malicious code; and
- not involve reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping or copying the product or anything in it that is not open source.
8. Third-party services
Our products work with services run by other companies, such as Stripe for payments and the providers that host, store, secure and email on our behalf. We do not control those services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their outages, changes or acts. If you use a third-party service, some of your information may be sent to it. Read its terms and privacy policy first.
9. Intellectual property and feedback
Your Biz Bestie, Your Selling Studio, The Kreative Kapitol and every related name, logo, template, design, code and piece of content we provide belong to us or our licensors. Buying from us does not transfer any of that to you, and it gives you no right to use our names or logos.
You keep ownership of what you create and upload. You give us the limited permission we need to host, store, display, back up, send and otherwise handle that material to run the product for you. You are responsible for what you publish and for having the rights to publish it.
If you send us ideas, comments or feedback, we may use them without restriction or payment to you.
10. Suspension and ending
We may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, if we believe you obtained it through fraud or a payment dispute you should not have made, shared or resold it, or broke these terms, or if the law or a payment processor requires it. If we end your access for those reasons, we owe no refund, except as the Returns and Refunds policy says. You may stop using what you bought at any time.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, what we sell is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that it will be error free, uninterrupted or secure.
We do not guarantee any business result, sales figure or income from using anything we sell. What you earn depends on your own work, market and choices, and is not a promise from us. Our products are tools. Nothing in them or on our pages is legal, tax or financial advice, and you remain responsible for your own decisions and compliance with the law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we and our suppliers, partners and licensors will not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages, for lost profits, revenue, sales or goodwill, for the cost of substitute products or services, or for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data. Our total liability for all claims relating to a purchase is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by something beyond our reasonable control.
These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including liability for our own fraud or willful misconduct. Some places do not allow certain limits, so some of this may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under a law that cannot be waived.
13. Governing law and disputes
Please read this section carefully. It requires you and us to resolve most disputes by binding individual arbitration instead of in court, and it gives up the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action. You can opt out within 30 days (13.6).
13.1 Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section 13. Nothing here limits a right you have under a consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
13.2 Talk to us first. Before starting an arbitration or a lawsuit, you or we must send the other a written Notice of Dispute that describes the problem and what you want, and then give the other side 60 days to resolve it. Send yours to [email protected]. We will send ours to the email you used at checkout. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days, either side may start an arbitration or, where 13.4 allows, a lawsuit.
13.3 Binding individual arbitration. Except as 13.4 says, any dispute, claim or controversy between you and us arising out of or relating to a purchase or these terms, whether based on contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation or any other theory, will be resolved by binding individual arbitration and not in court. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as in effect when the arbitration begins and available at adr.org. If you bought for a business, its Commercial Arbitration Rules apply instead. There will be one arbitrator. The arbitration will be seated in Nassau County, New York, or held by phone or video if both sides agree. For a claim under $25,000, the arbitration will be decided on written submissions alone unless the arbitrator decides a hearing is needed.
The arbitrator decides all questions about whether this agreement to arbitrate applies and is enforceable, except that only a court may decide whether 13.5 is enforceable. The arbitrator may award any relief a court could award to that individual party, and no other. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court that has jurisdiction. Filing, administration and arbitrator fees are governed by the AAA rules that apply. Each side pays its own attorneys' fees unless a law or the AAA rules allow the arbitrator to award them.
13.4 What arbitration does not cover. Either side may bring an individual claim in small claims court, so long as it stays there and stays individual. Any claim that you or we infringed, misappropriated or otherwise violated a copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property right is not subject to arbitration. Those claims, and any dispute that a court must hear because of 13.5 or 13.6, may be brought in the state courts of Nassau County, New York, or in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and each side consents to those courts' jurisdiction.
13.5 No class, collective or representative proceedings. You and we each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims and may not award relief to anyone who is not a party to that arbitration. To the fullest extent the law allows, you and we each waive the right to a jury trial for any claim covered by this Section 13. If a court decides that this 13.5 cannot be enforced as to a claim, that claim alone goes to the courts named in 13.4, and every other claim stays in arbitration.
13.6 Opting out. You may opt out of 13.3 and 13.4 by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out," your name, the email you used to buy, and a clear statement that you are opting out. Opting out does not change anything else in these terms.
14. General and changes
These Terms of Sale, together with the Returns and Refunds policy and, where they apply, the Seller Terms, are the entire agreement between you and us about what you bought. If any part is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a part is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign ours. You agree to accept these terms electronically, and your electronic acceptance has the same effect as a signature. We may send notices to the email you gave at checkout.
We may update these Terms of Sale. When we do, we will post the new version and change the version date at the top. The version posted when you buy governs that purchase.

Returns and refunds
=====================================================
BOX: Returns and refunds
=====================================================
Version 2026-10-07
The short version (the full policy below controls)
- Everything we sell is a digital product. Nothing ships, so there is nothing to return.
- All sales are final once delivered, with two narrow exceptions: a duplicate or mistaken charge, or a delivery that never arrived.
- To ask, email [email protected] with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with.
What this covers
This is our Returns and Refunds policy for anything bought directly from The Kreative Kapitol, Inc., doing business as Your Biz Bestie, at yourbizbestie.net, yoursellingstudio.com, or any checkout page we run ourselves. It is part of our Terms of Sale, which covers pricing, licensing, disputes and everything else about a purchase.
Digital delivery, no shipping
Everything we sell is a digital product, delivered by email, generally within minutes of payment. Nothing is shipped and nothing is returned in the physical sense. A refund is the only remedy that applies here.
All sales are final, with these exceptions
Because access is delivered right away, all sales are final once your purchase is delivered. We do not give refunds for a change of mind, for not using what you bought, or for buyer's remorse.
The only exceptions are these:
- Duplicate or mistaken charge. If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged in error, write to us and we will refund the duplicate or mistaken charge.
- Failed delivery. If you paid and never received access, after checking your spam or promotions folder and the email address you used at checkout, write to us with your order number. We will either fix delivery or refund you if we cannot.
- Refund required by law. We will give a refund whenever the law where you live requires one.
- Order from outside the United States. We sell to the United States only. If we cancel an order because it came from outside the United States, we will refund it in full.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] with your order number (from your receipt email) and the email address you used at checkout, and tell us which exception above applies. We aim to answer within a few business days.
How a refund is paid
We refund to the card or other payment method you used. We do not refund to a different card, account or person. After we issue a refund, your bank or card company may take up to 10 business days to show it. If tax was charged on the purchase, it is refunded with the purchase.
What a refund does to your access
When we refund a purchase, the license it gave you ends. We will close the access that purchase gave you, and you may not keep using what you bought. If a founding or launch price purchase is refunded and the buyer later buys again, the later purchase is charged the price shown at checkout then. The founding or launch price does not carry over.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before you open a card dispute or chargeback. We can usually fix a real delivery or billing problem faster that way. A chargeback on a purchase that was properly delivered does not change the all-sales-final policy above, and we may contest it. We may also close access that came from a purchase you disputed.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version posted when you buy governs that purchase. The version date at the top always shows when it last changed.
Parts of this policy are adapted from the Terms of Service of Automattic Inc. (wordpress.com/tos), which are available under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license (creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0). We have changed them to fit our products and practices.
Shipping
Shipping and Delivery
Everything sold here is a digital product. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping fees.
How you receive your purchase
Your purchase is delivered electronically right after your payment goes through. You get it in two ways. First, the thank-you page that opens after checkout has your download or access link. Second, we email a receipt with the same link to the email address you used at checkout.
When you receive it
Delivery is instant in most cases. If you do not see your email within 15 minutes, check your spam or junk folder and any promotions tab. Add our support address to your contacts so future messages reach your inbox.
Your email address
Use an email address you can open, because it is how we deliver your purchase and how you sign in. If you typed it wrong at checkout, write to us and we will fix it.
If your purchase does not arrive
Write to [email protected] within 48 hours of your purchase and include the email address you used and your order number if you have it. We will resend your access or help you get in.
What you need
A current web browser and an internet connection. Digital files may need an app to open, such as a PDF reader. We cannot provide support for your device, browser or third-party apps.
Delivery problems and refunds
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final, with these exceptions: you were charged twice, you bought the wrong listing by mistake and have not opened or downloaded it, or you could not get in at all. Write to us within 48 hours. See our Returns and Refunds policy for details.
Where we sell
We sell to customers in the United States only.
Privacy
Version 2026-10-07
The short version (the full policy below controls)
- This is the privacy policy for [BRAND NAME]. It covers what we collect when you visit our pages, join our list, buy from us or write to us.
- We use your information to run the shop: take your order, deliver what you bought, answer you, and keep our list if you joined it.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Card numbers are typed straight into Stripe's checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
- Our pages do not use tracking cookies by default. If we turn on an advertising pixel, it only loads after you say yes, and it stays off if you say no or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
1. Who this covers
This policy applies to [BRAND NAME] ("we," "us," "our") and to our pages and checkout built with Your Selling Studio. It covers the personal information of visitors, customers and people who join our list or contact us.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us:
- When you buy: your name, email address and payment details. Payment details go directly to Stripe. We receive your name, email, what you bought, the amount, and whether the payment went through. For a product that ships, we also receive your shipping address.
- When you join our list or a waitlist: your email address, and your first name or answers to other questions if the form asks for them.
- When you write to us: your name, email address and whatever you tell us in your message.
- When you leave a review: the name, rating and words you choose to submit.
Information collected automatically:
- Page counts. When you visit one of our pages, we count a page view in our daily totals. If the link you used was tagged, we also note where you came from, for example a specific Pinterest pin. When a paid order ships, we note the general region it went to. This is a running total, not a profile of you as a person.
- Ordinary web logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept by our hosting providers to run and secure the site.
- Advertising pixels, only if you accept them. See Section 6.
3. What we do not collect
- We never see your full card number, expiration date or security code. Those go straight to Stripe.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We do not build advertising profiles of you ourselves, and our pages do not plant tracking cookies by default.
4. How we use information
- To process your order, deliver what you bought and send your receipt.
- To send you an email about your order, your access, or a sign-in link.
- To answer what you send us and to support you.
- To send you our emails if you joined our list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to [EMAIL].
- To keep the shop working and secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems.
- To understand in general terms which pages and links people use, so we know what is helping.
- To follow the law, including tax and payment records, and to answer a lawful request.
5. Who we share information with
We share only what each of these providers needs to do its job:
- Stripe processes payments. It collects your payment details directly and tells us the result.
- Your Selling Studio, run by The Kreative Kapitol, Inc., is the software our shop runs on. It processes orders, sign-ups and messages for us.
- Supabase stores our shop's data and handles sign-in.
- Cloudflare hosts our pages, and Cloudflare R2 stores the files we deliver, which are released only to someone whose paid order covers them.
- Resend sends transactional email, such as receipts and sign-in links.
- A shipping carrier, if you buy something that ships. It receives the name and address needed to deliver your order.
We do not share your information with anyone else, except: if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety or rights, to prevent fraud, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case the new owner must protect your information at least as well as this policy does.
6. Advertising pixels
On some of our pages we may use an advertising pixel from Meta, TikTok, Pinterest or Google. A pixel tells that ad platform that you visited, so we can measure and improve our ads. A pixel only loads after you click accept on the choice bar that appears. If you click "No thanks," or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it stays off. Your choice is remembered on your device, and you can clear it by clearing this site's data in your browser. Each ad platform handles the information it receives under its own privacy policy.
7. Cookies and similar technology
Our pages do not set cookies by default. The only time a cookie or similar technology is used on our pages is when you accept an advertising pixel (Section 6), and the browser storage that remembers your choice. Checkout is handled on Stripe's own pages, which use cookies under Stripe's own policy.
8. How long we keep information
We keep order records as long as tax and payment laws require. We keep your email on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. We keep messages and reviews as long as they are useful to us, and for a reasonable time after in case of a dispute or legal request. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove what identifies you, except where the law requires us to keep it.
9. Your choices and rights
- You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [EMAIL]. We may need to keep some records, such as a completed sale, because the law requires it.
- You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in any email. We will still send order and account emails about something you bought.
- You can say no to advertising pixels using the choice bar, or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser.
10. Children
Our shop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child gave us information, write to [EMAIL] and we will delete it. You must be at least 18 to buy from us.
11. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and providers that separate one shop's data from another's. We never handle raw card numbers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission.
12. Where information is processed
We sell to customers in the United States only. Our providers operate mainly in the United States, and your information is generally processed there.
13. Notice for US state residents
Some states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah and Virginia, give their residents rights over personal information, such as the right to know what we collect, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. We use advertising pixels only if you accept them, and you can say no or use Global Privacy Control to opt out. To use any right your state gives you, write to [EMAIL]. We will respond as the law requires, and you will not be treated differently for using your rights.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the version date at the top. The version posted when you use our site or buy from us applies.
